1. What makes Jadice unique as a clothing brand?

  • Jadice is a French clothing brand distinguished by its commitment to eco-responsibility. We create collections using second-hand materials and recycled clothing, while adopting sustainable manufacturing practices.

2. Where do the fabrics come from?

  • We repurpose fabrics and clothing that we have found. We have two product lines:
  • The "timeless" range is made from "deadstock" fabrics, i.e., the end of already produced rolls. These models are available in large quantities and have a more "all-purpose" style while retaining the JADICE touch.
  • The "upcycled" range is made from second-hand fabrics or upcycled clothing. These are unique pieces or those produced in very small quantities. They therefore have a stronger DNA and will give your look a new lease of life.

3. How can I place an order on Jadice?

  • To order from Jadice, simply browse our website, select the items you want, and follow the checkout steps. For custom collections, please see estimated delivery times.

4. I want to transform one of my items into a Jadice garment. How do I do this ?

  • Don't hesitate to contact us; we'll be happy to repurpose your clothes and give them a second life. The "New Life" tab will be available on the website very soon.

5. What is the difference between collections produced to order and those available online immediately?

  • Made-to-order collections are made specifically for each customer, reducing waste. Collections are immediately available online and are ready to ship upon order confirmation.

6. How can I know my size before ordering?

  • Check out our size guide available on each product page to help you choose the best size for you. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact us.

6. What is Jadice's return policy?

  • An exchange or refund is possible within 14 days of receiving your package. It is imperative that the returned item be in perfect condition.

7. Does Jadice offer international shipping options?

  • We currently only ship to France, Belgium, and Italy. However, we are exploring options to expand our services. Please feel free to contact us if needed.
